Single family home with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on ground floor, basement, detached Garage, 2 bedrooms in basement. Quiet tree lined street 1.5 blocks south of Rockford East High School. Rolling Green is zoned elementary school and Lincoln Middle School. Current tenants have been there 10 years and are moving approximately December 10. They have not been cooperative in allowing me to inspect and take pictures so that I can prepare to repair or paint or replace etc. As such, I cannot say exactly what availability date will be. I can say the available date will be somewhere between December 15 and January 1 depending on how much work will need to be done. I will be flexible as possible depending on applicants needs?
