Sales Recruitment Manager

Do you have a competitive spirit and skills in coaching? Platinum Supplemental Insurance in Dubuque, Iowa, is looking for someone like you to recruit qualified applicants to our outside sales teams.
In this position, you will interview applicants and convert candidates to hires to fill open positions within the Platinum sales force.
The Sales Recruitment Manager also plays a critical role as a knowledgeable resource, or coach, to newly hired representatives as they establish their contracts and insurance licensing.
Successful candidates will possess strong organizational skills, as well as the competitive spirit to work under pressure and meet company recruitment goals.

Primary
Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified candidates through a phone interview process in order to grow Platinum's sales teams
  • Provide guidance and coaching to new recruits through the contract and licensing processes
  • Display a proficient knowledge of Platinum's standard hiring process, the Platinum Sales Opportunity and Platinum products
  • Demonstrate effective time management between interviewing new applicants and coaching new recruits
  • Establish clear personal production goals and action plans in order to help Platinum's recruiting team achieve department and company-wide goals

Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Professional Suite and lead or applicant management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and exemplary ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet all deadlines

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
