APICS Certified Production & Inventory Control Planner

Responsibilities include execution of the production schedule, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. Communicates manufacturing status, expected completion dates and bottlenecks.
JOB DUTIES:
Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates the internal/external supply chain material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet on time delivery requirements.
Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment - identifies and resolves potential constraints, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Conceptual understanding of ERP.
2. Understanding of the following: various production planning and inventory techniques and practices, Capacity Planning, various forecasting techniques and their application.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE / PROFICIENCY:
Required: Microsoft Suite, Prior MRP software experience
Preferred: PowerPoint, AS/400, BPCS
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree, APICS certification and 7 or more years of professional related experience in manufacturing.
Preferred: MRP experience (1-3 years) and CPIM certificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
