As an employee with Mutual Management Services Co., LLC you can expect a call center environment with its members working as a team in helping patients resolve their accounts in areas of payment arrangements, updating demographics, obtaining primary/secondary insurances and customer service skills.


Opportunity: Patient Account Representative

As a Patient Account Representative your duties would include calling patients transparently in the provider's name, obtaining good or new demographics/insurances, arranging payment solutions, taking payment from patients and customer service skills. All calls are handled professionally and non-aggressively to patients who are not delinquent on their accounts.

The ideal candidate should have customer service experience preferably in the medical industry. Required experience includes both inbound and outbound calling. Training is a part of this opportunity with a full time on-site trainer available at all times. This candidate must be highly motivated to reach company goals and standards. We would enjoy having a candidate that works evenly well as a team member or as an individual.

We are prepared to pay a competitive hourly wage with commission incentives based on your work experience and performance. This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity with no weekends.

Your hours would be on a rotating schedule:
WEEK A:
Mon/Tue 7:00am -3:30pm
Wed/Thurs 9:30am - 6:00pm
Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm
Week B:
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
