Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs repairs and maintenance of industrial services equipment under minimal supervision in the assigned areas
Deals with water chemistry, steam generation, various pumps, spiral freezers, ammonia refrigeration, air compressors, and dryers
Basic aptitude of trouble shooting
Basic computer skills
Works from blueprints, drawings, sketches, and layouts
Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment that is facility related
Requires CIRO certification at the completion of two years of service. All necessary training materials and courses will be provided


Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must meet minimum testing requirements as defined by Nestle of Mt. Sterling, KY
Good math aptitude and detail orientation
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Good mechanical and electrical skills
Working knowledge of Lock out, Tag out system
Reading comprehension
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate knowledge of the basic fundamentals of maintenance
Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics including safety and PPE
Able to perform basic electrical troubleshooting and use electrical measuring instruments
Able to work with basic hand tools (basic knowledge and safety)
Knowledge of water chemistry
Able to perform intermediate plumbing systems maintenance
Working knowledge of steam generation
Must be competent with mainenance and repairs of pumps, spiral freezers, air compressors, and dryers
Minimum of 2 years industrial ammonia refrigeration experience
Documentation of daily duties and tasks
