Essential Job Functions:
Prepare a variety of
correspondence, memorandums, minutes,
reports, and other material often of a
technical and/or confidential nature
Utilize professional judgment
to screen calls and visitors.
Demonstrates a high degree of
organizational skills
Schedules appointments and
organizes meetings for administrators.
Prepare forms, charts, tables,
and spreadsheet reports as required.
Prepare purchase requisitions
and conduct inventories as needed.
Review documents/reports for
Maintain confidentiality
Creating and maintaining
project schedules
Earned Value Management and
Budgetary Control
Export Control Support

Job Requirements:
Associates degree in Business
or Administration field is preferred,
but not required
Skills in and past experience
using MS Project 2007 or newer is a
Past experience creating
charts, tables, and graphs in Excel is a
Previous experience creating
and maintaining Pivot Tables and Macros
in Excel a plus
Ability to develop and present
business correspondences required
Experience working in
ambiguous situations required, such as
taking action when all the information
is not available
Strong communication skills
and organizational skills along with the
ability to work well within a team
environment but can also be self-
directed when required
Proficient IT skills including
experience of Microsoft Office programs
such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexibility to work overtime
as needed
Personal Work Attributes
Familiarity or interest with
the aerospace industry preferred
Self-motivated, disciplined,
and organized
Excellent verbal and written

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
