We are seeking a Recovery Home Specialist to join our CILA team. CILA stands for Community Integrated Living Arrangement and works towards helping out adult clients with mental illness achieve independence through: teaching daily life skills, budgeting, meal planner, and meal preparation.
Our CILA team is looking for another team member to join them in changing these often overlooked groups' lives with the ultimate goal to increase their client's quality of life.
Their ideal team member would be able to:
  1. Work independently while having an open and effective line of communication with the team.
  2. Perform or learn to perform de-escalation techniques.
  3. Plan outings for clients independently/lead therapeutic group activities.
  4. Change their approach to teaching based on the client's personality.
  5. Maintain patience to teach a client how to do something instead of for them.
  6. Establish a healthy work-life balance
  7. Forget any preconceived notions of what mental illness looks like
  8. Assist clients with activities of daily living (cooking, cleaning, monitoring medications).
  9. Helping clients safely access the community for basic needs and leisure activities.


This position requires:
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm-11:30pm

Pay: Based on education, experience, and credentials
  • Starting pay HS/GED - $18/hr.
  • Starting pay Associates - $18/hr.
  • Starting pay Bachelors - $18/hr.
  • Additional $.50/hr. with CADC certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
