We currently have a great assignment for a Construction Representative.
This individual will support our client, a design, program management (PM) and construction management (CM) firm based out of Massachusetts, with projects around the world.

Job Responsibilities

The Construction Representative will become a part of our client's Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) team in Milwaukee, WI.
The Construction Representative will perform construction inspection of basic to moderate complexity.

Responsibilities of the Construction Representative include:

  • Tracking construction progress
  • Monitoring construction activities to confirm conformance with contract documents
  • Coordinating material testing (if not supplied by the contractor)
  • Processing RFIs and submittals
  • Engaging engineering resources as needed
  • Preparing daily reports to document progress

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
