You will be fielding incoming calls from curious customers, giving them a brief overview of our company and explaining how Greenlink can help them increase the health, comfort, and efficiency of their property.
This position is essential to the success of Greenlink and you will be working with a team of energy professionals who are passionate about energy efficiency, solar power, and saving the planet one building at a time.
Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in customer service or sales and has the ability to project helpful, trustworthy, and optimistic confidence over the phone.

Qualifications:

years of experience in customer service or sales Proven track record of managing customer relationships Bachelor's in business, communications, or similar (preferred) Available for in-office work hours Knowledge & Abilities:
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Extremely detail-oriented and organized Excellent interpersonal skills and a true team player Superior verbal and written communication skills Proficient in CRM, project management, and documentation software, including GoogleSuite applications.
Familiarity with Pipedrive and Monday.
com is a plus! Ability to not only handle rejection well, but use kindness, humor, and wit to turn no into yes! Familiarity with call tracking software (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional demeanor and willingness to help Field incoming calls to the correct individual or department Make outbound calls to solar leads to qualify them for a discovery call with one of our Energy Advisors Pre-qualify leads through outbound email and text communication Assign incoming and responsive outgoing leads to an appropriate Energy Advisor Track all activity in our company CRM and maintain accurate account information Communicate customer and/or prospect pain points to appropriate departments Coordinate with Greenlink staff to ensure customer satisfaction Pay and
