19 an hour HIRING BONUS OF $1500 AVAILABLE Primary duties include answering multi-line phone system, speaking with customers by phone, scheduling paratransit rides, dispatching drivers.
Perform routine administrative work as directed.
Required:
Previous experience in customer service or transportation; working knowledge of personal computer equipment, knowledge of office procedures and policies; ability to effectively deal with the public; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; good organizational skills, valid Driver's License, ability to obtain a CDL preferred.
Weekend work will be required.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Employees may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the organization.
