We have an immediate opening for a Test Lab Technician at our aerospace location in Rockford, ILL.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Support shop floor and engineering to assist in test lab test set up at customer's facility.
Tests could vary from in house customer support to occasional field support Determine test readiness Work on multidiscipline teams to evaluate test set ups, suggest improvements and implement corrective actions Assist with test setup adjustments which could include implementation, disassembly, reassembly and performing actual test Coordinate and adhere to required schedule Collect, analyze and report out test data Document, communicate, troubleshoot and work towards resolution on any issues that may arise May be required to train and mentor Work with limited supervision Communicate with internal and external customers the project status and forecast The ideal candidate will have the following combination of education and
Experience:
Demonstrated Mechanical Testing experience Strong decision making, problem solving and troubleshooting skills required.
SAP Exposure to Aerospace strongly preferred Familiarity with CAD and GD&T a plus Due to the nature of the work, you must be a U.

Citizen or Green Card Holder Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office and Shop Floor Environments.
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
