We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent administrative and customer service skills.
You will be responsible for completing a variety of duties to support the daily operations of the human resources department, including, but not limited to, day-to-day administrative support for HR activities and team members; orientation and onboarding, Human Resource information System (HRIS) maintenance, personnel files, and benefits administration.
Works closely with management and employees to achieve the organization's goals and compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulatory requirements.
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, human resources / benefits preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
