We are just looking for a hard working maintenance person.
Please do not send your resume if you don't have at least 5 years experience in related handyman field or selected trade.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to assist the maintenance team, perform full-time maintenance duties for a multi-unit apartment building.
Candidate should be willing to perform all maintenance duties and have working knowledge of building mechanical systems.
Duties include assisting lead maintenance tech with everything from a to z to keep building functional, turning units, grounds maintenance and responding to tenant work orders and maintenance requests.
Light electrical/plumbing/ appliance repair.
Must be handy and have quality painting skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
