Responsibilities include:
- Set/confirm appointments and perform follow-up with customers.
- Provide repair estimates.
- Assist customers with their repair/maintenance needs.
- Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
- Communicate frequently with other company departments.
- Help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
