Be part of the Best Local Credit Union and Best Mortgage Lender, four years in a row! In this role, you will handle member inquiries concerning their accounts by phone and in person.
These questions will come from the Members themselves, or other employees at the Credit Union.
You will assist members with inquiries concerning their membership, checking, and sub-share accounts as well as general questions concerning their loan and Visa accounts.
Will also take member requests for wire transfers, monitor Debit Card Fraud Alerts and assist members that have fraudulent activity occurring on their account and any other assistance they may need.
Requires prior experience in a credit union or bank as a Teller or banker.
Product and process knowledge in the banking industry is required.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
