Essential Job Functions:
Provide CRM status to the Program Office as directed by the Development Operations Lead.
Facilitate order procurement of development hardware, using Non-Production requisitions, Planner Demand, internal demand (loaded by Contracts), and MRP demand.
Facilitate and coordinate the flow of development hardware through the Plant 1 E&CS; shop floor (Assembly/Test/Ship) as directed by the Development Operations Lead.
Coordinate the CRM (production returns) through the shop floor process.
Prepare and present manufacturing status at internal meetings, Engineering design reviews and customer meetings as directed by the Program Office.
Develop and maintain Program Manufacturing Plans to set priorities for hardware design, define long lead material, and manufacturing sourcing, in order to meet customer delivery schedule.
Daily CRM status reporting.
Hardware Coordination for to support on time delivery. Development of the Manufacturing Plan. Develop/maintain material status charts.
Provide status reports as needed to Program office.
Rockford based candidates only due to hourly demands and on-site interface requirements. 0-1 year of experience in engineering, operations, procurement with working knowledge of the HS JDE MRP system is a plus. Resource will use Quality system (One World) as well as Microsoft tools such as Project and Excel
Creating and maintaining project schedules

Test and production hardware tracking and expediting at customer and vendor locations
Providing Verification and Validation Support
Providing project support for manufacture of production and test components

Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Business or Administration Field
Past experience generating and tracking metrics in Excel is a must.
Previous experience creating and maintaining Pivot Tables and Macros in Excel a plus
Ability to develop and present business correspondences required
Experience working in ambiguous situations required, such as taking action when all the information is not available
Strong communication skills and organizational skills along with the ability to work well within a team environment but can also be self-directed when required
Proficient IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Personal Work Attributes
Familiarity or interest with the aerospace industry preferred
Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with multiple cultures and geographies
